Malikha Mayes founded Creative Impact Strategies to create the kind of support she believes mission-driven organizations need: thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in real understanding of their work.
Her experience spans grantmaking, fundraising, program strategy, and cross-sector partnerships giving her a unique perspective on how funding, programs, communications, and impact work together.
But more than anything, Malikha is known for how she works. She builds genuine relationships with the organizations and leaders she partners with, creating space for clarity, alignment, and thoughtful progress.
